Ryan Phillippe may or may not be Marvel's newest superhero crime fighter in one of Netflix's upcoming superhero series, it has been reported.
The 40-year-old actor tweeted in response to all the casting rumors that even though he has an upcoming meeting with Marvel but there's no more to it, E! Online reported.
The American actor apologized to his fans for disappointing them but added that he had no real Marvel news for them.
Phillippe also admitted that he has lost many big-time movie roles because of fatherhood.
