Selena Gomez has put up her mansion in Tarzana, California, on the market for 3.495 million dollars, since she already has a home in nearby Calabasas, it has been revealed.
The 21-year-old singer purchased the plush property in 2011 for 2.75 million dollars, but she's set to make a profit after putting it on the market for 3.495 million dollars, Contactmusic reported.
The 6,630 sq-ft ranch-style home, which is located in Los Angeles, is complete with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and an impressive gym, according to The Agency.
The gorgeous mansion boasts stunning interiors, as well as a glamorous garden with a heated pool, a bocce ball court and a basketball court accompanied with lights.
The home also comes with three separate dog kennels, a BBQ and Firepit lounge area, and a two-car garage.
