According to the Dawn, National Disaster Management Chairman Major General Asghar Nawaz will brief Sharif about rescue and relief efforts.

The meeting will be attended by Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Asim Bajwa, Director-General Military Operations Major General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, Secretary Climate Change Arif Ahmed Khan and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, among others.
