New Delhi, Nov. 22 (ANI): Taking on a train journey from Mumbai to Delhi along with her co-star Ranbir Kapoor to promote their upcoming film 'Tamasha', actor Deepika Padukone revealed that it was the first time she was travelling in a first class luxury compartment.
In a tete-a-tete with ANI in Suvidha Express, Deepika and Ranbir shared their train-travelling tales.
"I have only travelled once by train. It was in the States. So, Anglo-Indian, but that is it. This is my second train journey," Ranbir said.
A train voyage was, however, an idea vocalised by Deepika for whom it was the first ever first-class luxury compartment ride. The reason wasn't her opulence, but the fact that she could not afford first-class journeys during her badminton days.
The hit pair reunites in Imtiaz Ali's 'Tamasha', which is to hit the screens on November 27 after their 2013 sell-out 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'.
