Signature Global achieves first 100 percent RERA compliance

Real Estate Company developing affordable housing projects, Signature Global, announced that all its projects have been registered under the RERA Act, 2016, thus reaffirming its commitment of delivering over 9,400 affordable housing units across multiple locations in Gurugram. Out of the total projects registered under RERA in Gurgaon, nine of the projects are of Signature Global.

"We are 100 percent RERA registered and compliant with all the new guidelines set up by the government. This act is bringing back the confidence amongst buyers and transparency in the system," said Pradeep Aggarwal, Co-Founder and Chairman, Signature Global.

"We have always had a fast pace at construction sites to ensure timely delivery which is visible from the fact that our maiden Affordable Housing project SOLERA launched in 2015, is already nearing possession," added Aggarwal who is famous for developing affordable housing projects and has been a pioneer in this sector.

Post implementation of the RERA Act in July this year, every developer needs to get all their on-going, under construction and new projects registered under the act from the relevant authorities. The act brings in more transparency and trust for the existing players amongst the buyers.

Signature Global, apart from launching 9,400 affordable housing projects, plans to launch over 30,000 affordable housing units in coming few years. They are also eyeing to expand the domain by moving out of Gurgaon to other regions in the country.
