Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell has geared up to launch a new crime television series next month, titled 'The Investigator
According to a source close to the 56-year-old reality star, Cowell was introduced to Mark last year and "they hit it off," reports Channel 24.
"They talked and worked on some ideas. This is the first to make it to the screen and could be the first of many. Simon is excited," added the source.
For the unversed, Mark Williams-Thomas is the one who exposed Jimmy Savile as a paedophile in his documentary 'The Other Side of Jimmy Savile.'
'The Investigator: A British Crime Story' will be a four-part series, which return to the killing of Carole Packman, who disappeared in 1985, and re-examine the event, which saw her husband jailed for life in 2004 for her murder although her body remains undiscovered.
