Sofia Vergara's former fiance Nick Loeb still wants to have her kids, but alone.
When they were together, the pair had her eggs fertilized by his sperm, which had been frozen and kept at a Beverly Hills facility, TMZ.com reported.
Vergara has now moved on and engaged to Joe Manganiello, and wants to destroy the eggs, however, Loeb is set to sue her over the issue, claiming that he made a contract with the 42-year-old actress back in November 2013, where they agreed to attempt to have children by means of in vitro fertilization.
Loeb said that he still had the right to go ahead as both parties had not agreed in writing to destroy the eggs.
