Congress Party president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an expert in packaging and repackaging, and a politician who has been misleading the people of Bihar.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made false promises to the people. He has tried to mislead the people of Bihar. He is an expert in packaging and repackaging," Sonia told participants at a rally here.
"This Bihar election will give a new direction to the nation. In this election, you have to decide whether you want the nation to progress towards friction, or towards peace and development," she added.
