Experts have examined that sitting down on the pot to poo is completely wrong and people should rather squat to shit daily.
Giulia Enders, who is studying microbiology in Germany, believes people should squat rather than sit when going to the toilet as squatting puts less strain on our behinds, the Daily Star reported.
She explained that 1.2 billion people around the world who squat have almost no incidence of diverticulosis and fewer problems with piles.
Enders also suggests that it is important to find a safe and secure place to poo as part of the sphincter can cease to function correctly if one is afraid of being discovered.
