The 'Star Trek' actor asserted that Katie Couric, a woman repeatedly exposed herself to him, when he was between 10 and 15-year-old, TMZ.com reported.
The 67-year-old actor continued that he never felt like he was "molested".
The American actor had recently confessed that he molested three underage girls decades ago.
Collins felt it was fine to expose himself to 3 underage girls because the same thing happened to him even before he was a teenager.
