Student delegation meets Rajnath Singh in New Delhi
A delegation of the All Assam Students' Union recently met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to demand the implementation of Assam Accord, a memorandum of settlement signed in 1985 to stop illegal immigrants from Bangladesh.
The group demanded for immediate sealing of international border and detection of illegal immigrants in Assam.
