The Supreme Court on Tuesday again denied bail to Sahara chief Subrata Roy in connection with his group's failure to refund Rs 20000 crores to investors.

The apex court had earlier given permission to the Sahara Group to sell off nine properties for the Rs. 10000 crores for securing bail for the jailed group chief.

The Sahara Chief is lodged up in Tihar jail since March 4.

Roy was sent to jail along with the company's two directors, Ravi Shankar Dubey and Ashok Roy Choudhary, for failing to refund Rs 20000 crore to investors.
