A man in southern Sweden was reported to the cops after he demanded sex from a 24-year-old woman in return of the apartment he was renting out.
The man, who was reported on suspicion of sexual molestation and blackmail, had asked the woman for sexual favours if she wanted to boost her chances of landing the apartment, The Local reported.
The man from Malmo had put up an ad for the rental property and when the woman responded to it, he sent in an email saying that he was keen to meet her and that he expected her to perform sex acts on him before and even after she moved into the apartment.
The woman refused to meet wit the man and reported the incident to the police.
