These LED lamps will brighten your house 'forever'

Now, you may forget about the headache of changing light bulbs when they run out, as there are new LED bulbs in the market which will shine "forever."

Jake Dyson has introduced a range of lighting which will supposedly last for 37 years, ensuring 160,000 hours of continuous warm and white light, The Independent has reported.

The CSYS range offers desk, floor-standing and clap versions, and even includes a counterweight pulley system to enable moving the arm vertically while anti-friction bearings let you manipulate it horizontally. It also rotates through 360 degrees.

The stylish lights, which have been priced 399 pounds for small ones and 599 pounds for larger floor-standing model, come in black or white versions and can be dimmed using touch sensors.
