As Chelsea secured the 2015 Premier League title, team manager Jose Mourinho has admitted that he is 'tired' and is in 'need of a rest', insisting that he has already set his sights on adding another one to his title collection next year.

Chelsea won the title for the first time since 2010 after claiming a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday. Mourinho, who has bagged his third league title with the club, reached the milestone with three games to spare.

In light of Chelsea's league triumph, Mourinho said that he is tired and needs a rest, adding that mathematically they have become champions now. He said that they can finally heave a sigh of relief, and look back and see how much they deserve to be champions, the Mirror reported.

The Portuguese manager insisted that he would try for another one, adding that every title is a consequence of hard work and a reason to be happy and proud.

Reflecting on his team's overall season performance, Mourinho said that there was work ethic, group ethic and principles with more stability, adding that a few players they brought this season gave them some qualities they didn't have earlier.
