The former British Prime Minister Tony Blair's attempt to spread the festive cheer turned into a turkey after social media users mocked his new Christmas card.
The 61-year-old politician's official card with a message "season's greetings" features a photo of him next to his wife, with a grimace rather than a cheery smile, the Daily Express reported.
Harry Leslie Smith took it to his Twitter account to say "#tonyblair's facial expression on his Christmas card looks like he has been visited upon by the three spirits of Iraq past present and future" while Scott Carruthers wrote "seems Tony Blair has been taking lessons from Chandler Bing on how to smile for a Christmas card."
Marie Le Grinch posted that "I like how Tony Blair's Christmas card is really nice and definitely not terrifying/the stuff of nightmares."
Lucy Wood added that "Is it just me or does Tony Blair resemble The Demon Headmaster in his new 2014 Christmas Card?" and Carl Maxin said that "the strange thing about Tony Blair's Christmas card is how the teeth seem to follow you round the room.
