Tori Spelling wasn't evicted from her Tarzana house, but rather she and her family left the place on their own, it has been revealed.
Spelling had reportedly got a notice from her landlord to either pay the remaining 7000 dollars rent or leave, and the 40-year-old actress paid it all before she vacated the place, TMZ.com reported.
Spelling's lawyer said that the delinquency was just a "clerical error" and the rent has been paid through January, but the landlord was a nightmare who failed to repair numerous items which caused them to move out before the lease was up.
