Tracy Morgan has been released from hospital and transferred to rehab centre after he got badly injured in a fatal car crash.
The '30 Rock' actor's rep told Mirror that the actor had been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he was expected to remain for the next few weeks.
The rep asserted that while the 45-year-old actor was continuing to show signs of improvement, he still had a long way to go.
