Tulisa is all set to make a fresh start in Manchester in order to escape her drugs-rap woes, it has been revealed.
According to sources, the former 'X Factor' judge is planning a permanent move north to be near her best mate Chelsee Healey, the Daily star reported.
The insider said that the singer has been spending more and more time up north and makes regular visits to Manchester hairdresser Catherine Boden.
