Exercise and sport science expert, Sue Cutbill, has revealed the best types of sports that help boost your kids' learning ability.
According to Cutbill, golf is a beneficial sport as it sharpens focus, improves coordination and aids in visualisation, News.com.au reported.
Playing cricket helps build endurance and stamina, and facilitates cooperation, communication and concentration, Cutbill said.
Cutbill also emphasized the importance of playing soccer as it involves a high level of problem solving and memory.
While handball is a great sport for improving a child's basic motor, coordination and social skills, volleyball boosts mood, attention, and motivation, Cutbill added.
