It seems like Lena Headey has faced a lot of ups and downs while filming 'Game of Thrones'.
In an interview in Net-A-Porter's The Edit, the 43-year-old actress opened about her battle with postpartum depression during Season one of 'GOT,' reports CNN.
She said, "I was postnatally depressed but I didn't know it. I saw a doctor for the medical check, and I just burst into tears. She said I was postnatally depressed and I went, 'Am I? Why is that?"
The '300' star also shared that she sought treatment and was helped by it, but did the whole first season, "figuring out motherhood and going through a weird time personally".
The interview was conducted by Headey's co-star in the hit HBO series, Maisie Williams.
When Williams asked who she would like to see on the Iron Throne at the series' end, Headey in her usual style replied, "I think she's already sitting there, isn't she?"
For the uninitiated, Lena Headey's character 'Cersei Lannister' has taken on the throne at the end of season six finale.
Season seven of 'Game of Thrones' premieres on July 16 on HBO.
