Australian all rounder Shane Watson has said that he is incredibly sad for cricket fans that ace batsman Kevin Pietersen will not be appearing for England in the Ashes to be played in the English summer this year.
Pietersen has not been considered because of trust issues, according to England director of cricket and former captain Andrew Strauss.
Stuff.co.nz quoted Watson, as saying that he still saw Pietersen as one of the "best" batters in the international game, and added that it was very disappointing not to see him feature in the forthcoming series.
He said that he loved watching him bat against any side in international cricket.
