Janata Dal (United) president Sharad Yadav said on Thursday that the Janata Parivar had sorted out its past differences and would present itself as a united front before the public.
"The differences between our parties have now been solved. The day we lost the elections, we had declared that we must unite. This is a unity of the people and that is why we will receive public mandate," he said.
Speaking to ANI about the steps the new party would take before contesting the new elections, he said, "There are many procedures to follow before we contest the elections. We will follow all the legal procedures before we decide on the party symbol. A senior level six member committee has been formed to set the agenda of the new party.
