What workers would love to tell 'bullying bosses' revealed

There are many people like you who want to give their bosses an earful.

According to survey of more than 300 people by corporate training firm Happening People, about 78 percent workers have told their bosses to 'go shove it.'

The firm's managing director said that giving an honest feedback is a courageous act.

With the help of employer review site JobAdvisor, Fairfax found some thing that workers would like to say to their bosses.

First of the lot that the workers want to say to their boss is not to be a bully, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Another, thing people want to say is 'delegate.'

Third thing that bosses can hear from their employees is that it would be good to hear thanks for all of the hard work from them.

Another quote that bosses can often hear is that they shouldn't ask for staff opinion and then ignore them.

They should have a heart is something that many employees want to tell their bosses.

Lastly, one of the most important things that workers want to tell their bosses is to own up to their bosses.
