Prince Harry made embarrassing phone calls to his former girlfriend Chelsy Davy while he was under the influence of calls, new evidence presented as part of the News of the World phone hacking scandal has revealed.
According to The Daily Beast, former News of the World royal correspondent Clive Goodman, in an email sent in March 2006, said that Harry called Davy up after getting involved in "piss ups" with his army colleagues.
The mail further stated that Harry apparently shouted his affections to Davy on the phone, Stuff.co.nz reported.
A prank phone call from Prince William to Harry was also documented as proof in the trial.
Prince Harry was in a relationship with Davy on and off for six years; the couple broke up after the royal wedding in 2011.
