When stars came down to mark Zaheer-Sagarika's engagement

After Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra, and Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech, now Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge have given the cricketing and Bollywood frats another reason to celebrate a union.

The lovebirds, who announced their engagement recently on the social media, officially exchanged the rings in a grand ceremony in Mumbai yesterday with A-listers from both the industries in attendance.

While the 38-year-old cricketer looked dapper in a light brown suit, the 31-year-old actress shone in a beautiful yellowish-green gown.

Celebs like Raveena Tandon and husband Anil Thadani, Mandira Bedi, Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj Singh, Sachin Tendulkar with wife Dr Anjali, Bobby Deol, Gaurav Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and beau Virat Kohli, Arshad Warsi and Maria Goretti among others graced the ceremony.

Uploading the pictures from the bash on his Twitter account, Mohammad Kaif wrote, "At Zak's Engagement celebrations. Wish Sagarika and Zaheer a great life together."

Delhi Daredevils batsman Shreyas Iyer gave an Insta shout-out to the couple, writing "Amazingly cute couple @zakkhan34 and @sagarikaghatge Best of luck for your journey ahead...god bless.

Earlier, Zaheer had revealed about their engagement, writing, "Never laugh at your wife's choices. You are one of them !!! Partners for life. #engaged @sagarikavghatge."

The bride-to-be also took to her Twitter page, writing, "Partners for life !!! #engaged @ImZaheer.
