The Whistle Blowers Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2015 will today come up for consideration and passage in the Rajya Sabha.
The Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2016 will also be moved in the upper house.
The Bill was passed by Lok Sabha on March 9, to amend a 48-year-old law to guard against claims of succession or transfer of properties left by people who migrated to Pakistan and China after the wars.
