West Indies have called up uncapped fast bowler Miguel Cummins as a replacement for Jerome Taylor for the opening Test against India in Antigua, starting from July 21.
The decision comes after Taylor retired from Test cricket at the start of the week, having represented the West Indies in 46 Tests, ESPNcricinfo reported.
25-year-old Cummins has played 41 first-class matches and taken 116 wickets at an average of 22.56.
He was also included in the West Indies squad for the last two Tests against Australia in 2015-16, although he didn't play.
West Indies squad for first Test Jason Holder (capt), Kraigg Brathwaite (vc), Devendra Bishoo, Jermaine Blackwood, Carlos Brathwaite, Darren Bravo, Rajendra Chandrika, Roston Chase, Miguel Cummins, Shane Dowrich, Shannon Gabriel, Leon Johnson, Marlon Samuels.
