'X-factor' judge Louis Walsh has blamed Zayn Malik's fiancee, Perrie Edwards, for his recent exit from One Direction.
In a recent interview, the 62-year old Irish music manager said that girlfriends compelling their boyfriends to become a "solo star" and "lead singer" had been happening for a long time, asserting Edwards' decision in the matter, E! Online reported.
He also added that Edwards was the new "Yoko Ono" and that this happened in all the bands around the globe.
Walsh explained the reasons for the One Direction controversy, saying that though the group had an amazing time and made lot of money in the past 5 years, all of them had been continuously working hard and travelling, so Malik was just the first one to crack up a little bit.
