Speculations are rife that Zac Efron didn't actually go to rehab and instead relied on "private therapy" to kick his cocaine habit.

The 26-year-old actor's "bodyguard" is actually a convicted drug dealer, it has been revealed, News.com.au reported.

Sources claimed that the actor has fallen into drugs again, after he and his bodyguard was involved in a brawl with at least three other people, despite his claims that he was headed to get sushi.

Insiders said that Effron is a loner and goes out rarely, and that the idea of him driving for miles to go to some sushi restaurant in downtown L.A. after midnight is "preposterous.
