The Four Ring automaker has revealed the facelifted 2015 Audi Q3 ahead of its public debut scheduled somewhere early next year. Q3 - the entry level luxury SUV is one of the most successful models in Audi’s lineup worldwide.

The new Q3 comes with revamped exteriors along with mechanical tweaks and subtly changed interiors. The updated SUV is set to go on sale early next year globally and India debut is expected soon after it. Like the ongoing model, the new Q3 will be locally assembled in the country.

Speaking of the design changes, the 2015 Q3 flaunts its new face, the single frame now gets edgier and hints you on how the new Q7 will look like along with other future Audi SUVs! There are new headlamps, which now comes standard with xenon plus technology and LED daytime running lights. The front bumpers are also redesigned while the side profile of the vehicle is kept like it was before, save for the new set of alloys!

Rear profile sports subtle changes with redesigned LED taillights. Audi also offers optional LED headlamps with the new Q3 and are offered along with dynamic turn indicators integrated to the rear LED taillamps. Dimensionally, the new Q3 is virtually similar measuring 4.39m in length, 1.83m width and 1.59m height while the wheelbase is virtually same at 2.60m.

The engine lineup of the new Q3 has been tweaked to extract more power and they now comply Euro 6 emission norms. Globally, the Audi SUV will be available with three turbocharged TFSI (petrol) and TDI (diesel) four cylinder engine, displacement ranges from 1.4L - 2.0L while power from 120-200hp. About India? Audi is likely to continue with the current 2.0 TDI diesel motor only.

The range topping RS Q3 (not offered in India) gets a 30hp power bump along with 30Nm torque boost compared to the outgoing model. The 2.5-liter turbocharged 5-cylinder in the 2015 RS Q3 now chucks out 340hp and 450Nm of max torque, mated to a  seven-speed S tronic transmission channeling power through AWD quattro setup.
