Just like the current Endeavour, the new SUV will also be imported from Thailand through CKD (Completely knocked Down) route and the launch is expected later this year
Ford has started the production of new Endeavour in Thailand at the Auto-Alliance-Thailand (AAT) manufacturing unit in Rayong. The outgoing Endeavour aka Everest (as known in other ASEAN countries) is also manufactured from the same facility and exported to other countries as CKD kits.
The new Endeavour is already doing test runs in the country and recently, it was spotted next to a Ford Mustang at ARAI for final approvals. The launch is expected later this year. Speaking of the changes, it's built from scratch, new - platform, design, interiors, features and engine. The SUV offers projector headlamps, daytime running LEDs, LED taillamps, 8-inch touchscreen Ford’s SYNC 2 infotainment system, etc.
