Mitsubishi Mirage Hatch named Australia's Best Micro Car 2014

Mitsubishi's Mirage hatch ES has been named the 'Best Micro Car' in the 2014 Australia's Best Car awards. The awards are selected on basis of the best for value for money, design and function and on-road performance of new vehicles and vehicles must have the best overall score in each criteria as evaluated by the expert judges. This year over 220 cars were evaluated for the awards and Mirage hatch steered ahead of its competition in the new 'Micro Car' category.

The micro vehicle class has been introduced to Australia's Best Cars for the first time this year judging budget priced entry level cars. The Mirage is the only finalist that comes with a five star ANCAP safety rating with electronic stability control and six airbags including head protection as standard."
