Renault India inaugurated the “Renault Mega Service Carnival” today in Jaipur. The two day service carnival, oraganised on January 31st 2015, will cater to around 1,000 Renault customers in the city. At the mega service carnival, cars will pass through a 75 points check point test as per the guidelines stipulated by Renault which enables a detailed examination of all key functions of the car. Such periodical checks ensure necessary actions for enhanced performance of the car and provide customers an unmatched driving experience. The mega service carnival will cater to all Renault products in India.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO and Managing Director, Renault India Operations, who said,“Renault is one of the fastest growing auto makers in India, and we have a strong focus to keep expanding our presence in the country. We will launch two new products this year in very exciting segments – the Renault Lodgy in the MPV segment and a compact hatch, which will target the heart of the Indian automotive industry. Together with our aggressive expansion plans, we are also determined to offer customers the best experience with our brand, and the “Renault Mega Service Carnival” is evidence of that.”

Renault has also launched a unique after-sales initiative, ‘Renault Secure’ across the country to offer customers an unmatched ownership experience. This is an industry pioneering initiative whereby customers can select, for the first time, an offer which combines extended warranty, road side assistance and  towing facilities in case of any unforeseen event, including accidents, at a very attractive cost.

Renault has taken special efforts to make it an exciting experience by adding a festive atmosphere with several entertainment options for the attendees. One of the major attractions at the carnival is specially designed off-road test drive track, created for customers to test drive and experience the driving prowess of Duster AWD, which has struck a chord with customers across the country within a few months of its launch.

Key features of the mega service carnival, held at the SMS Investment Ground in Jaipur, included a free checkup and top wash of the Car, exchange offers and loan facilities, customer entertainment programs, refreshments for customer, return gifts for all customers with a bumper lucky draw on both days, discounts on accessories, labour, value added services, insurance renewal and a two day special offer on extended warranty.  Together with this, Renault will also display their progressive car range with special offers on spot booking. There will also be a section dedicated to used cars at the carnival.
