3i Infotech incorporates step down subsidiary in Netherlands

3i Infotech announced that a step-down subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated in the Netherlands to tap business opportunities and to cater to the customers in that region. This new subsidiary is a private company limited by shares called '3i Infotech Netherlands B.V.' and is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Holdings, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company based in Mauritius.
