Aarti Industries allots 17.42 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Aarti Industries has allotted 17,42,34,474 equity shares of Rs. 5 each as fully paid up, in the ratio of 1:1, to the eligible members whose name appear in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on 23 June 2021, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Pursuant to the above allotment, the revised paid up equity capital of the company has increased to 34,84,68,948 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
