ABG Shipyard will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2015 and audited consolidated Financial Results after consolidation of the Financials of the Subsidiary i.e. Western India Shipyard Limited for the Financial year ended 31 March 2015.
