ADCC Infocad will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 April 2015, to consider and approve the appointment of Sameer Meghe as Vice-Chairman of the Company subject to approval of Members of the Company, to consider and approve the Appointment of Amit Somani as Managing Director of the Company subject to approval of Members of the Company, and to consider and approve the Notice of Extra-ordinary General meeting of the Company.
