Adhunik Metaliks will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 August 2014, to consider, approve and take on record audited standalone as well as consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial/accounting year ended 30 June 2014 and also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial/accounting year ended 30 June 2014.
