Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail ceases to be subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo

Aditya Birla Nuvo announced that Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (earlier known as Pantaloons Fashion and Retail) has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 amongst Aditya Birla Nuvo and Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail Company and Pantaloons Fashion and Retail and their respective shareholders.
