Advance Lifestyles announces resignation of director

Advance Lifestyles announced that Sundeep Agarwal, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company has shown willingness to resign from the Directorship of the Company, vide letter dated 12 January 2015.

The Board of Directors will consider his resignation on 16 January 2015, at a Meeting or by a Circular Resolution.
