Advanced Enzyme Technologies allots 4500 equity shares under ESOS

The Board of Advanced Enzyme Technologies at its meeting held on 12 February 2021 has approved the allotment of 4,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- at an exercise price of Rs. 60/- per share pursuant to exercise of options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2015.
