Aftek gets extension to hold AGM

Upto 30 September 2015

Aftek announced that extension of three months has been granted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company which, previously, as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, was to be held on or before 30th September.
