Ahluwalia Contracts (India) raises Rs 49.85 crore

Through issue of preferential equity shares

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) announced that the Company has completed the allotment of 42,25,000 new equity shares to promoters Bikramjit Ahluwalia and Sudarshan Walia. The equity shares having face value of Rs 2 each have been issued at a price of Rs 118 each on preferential basis for a total consideration of Rs 49.85 crore.

With the allotment of these new shares, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 13.39 crore consisting of 6,69,87,560 shares of Rs 2 each.
