Allcargo Logistics receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation
Capital MarketAllcargo Logistics announced that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench today, w7 September 2019, conveyed its approval for Scheme of Amalgamation
(Merger by Absorption) of Allcargo Shipping Co., wholly owned subsidiary ("the
Transferor Company") with Allcargo Logistics, holding company ("the Transferee
Company") and their respective shareholders ("Scheme").
The Certified true copy of the Order is awaited.
The Scheme will come into effect upon filing certified true copy of the Order of NCL T with the
Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
