Amulya Leasing & Finance hikes stake in Apollo Pipes

Acquires 13.62% stake to increase total holding to 30.09%

Amulya Leasing & Finance announced that the Company has further acquired 13.62% stake in Apollo Pipes (in addition to the 16.47% stake acquired earlier) taking its total stake to 30.09% of Apollo Pipes' total shareholding.

Apollo Pipes is a leading manufacturer of irrigation Systems, sprinklers, CPVC, HDPE, uPVC, Column pipes and fittings for irrigation, plumbing and water transportation systems.
