Andhra Cements announces demise of director

Andhra Cements announced about the sad demise of Shailendra Gupta, Director of the Company on 30 September 2014, as intimated to the company by Sangeeta Gupta w/o late Shailendra Gupta vide letter dated 13 October 2014.

Accordingly, Shailendra Gupta ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. the date of his demise i.e. 30 September 2014.
