Arihant Superstructures will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2016 to recommend Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16, if any;To consider the re-appointment of the Internal Auditor with or without change in scope of work for the Financial Year 2016-17, subject to the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
