Arrow Textiles announced that the National Company Law Tribunal has on 27 December 2019 approved the scheme of amalgamation of Arrow Textiles and MMG India with Delta Magnets and their respective shareholders. The certified copy of the order along with the scheme was received on 02 January 2020.The scheme shall become effective upon filing certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
