Artson Engineering announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 13 May 2016

Artson Engineering announced that Rajeshree Gaikwad has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company effective 13 May 2016. Consequently she has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.

In the casual vacancy in the office of the Company Secretary, Rajesh Mandale, Chief Financial Officer shall be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
